We’ve lived the unthinkable — losing our children to the harms of social media.
For over three years, we’ve fought tooth and nail for long-overdue online safety reform and for basic protections for children and families.
In 2024, the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) passed the Senate with overwhelming bipartisan support. But when it was blocked in the House, it sent a clear message:
Big Tech still calls the shots — and kids are paying the price.
These moments made one thing undeniable: our voices matter.
But real change will only come when parents, families, and allies rise together to demand accountability and reform at every level.
We’re not just calling out Predatory Tech’s failures — we’re demanding a new era of protective innovation, where safety is built in from the start.
Because every other industry is required to keep its consumers safe. Why should Big Tech be the exception?
Our children’s lives mattered more than corporate profits. And so do yours.

Protecting kids starts with
families rising and taking a stand.

Vision
A society where Predatory Tech is accountable, online platforms are safe by design, and families have the power to shape the digital future.
Mission
Parents RISE is a survivor parent–led grassroots movement that transforms grief into action. We unite survivor parents, impacted families, and allies to demand tech accountability, advance systemic reform, and champion child-centered digital design.
Meet Our Founding Parents
ParentsRISE! is led by a courageous and determined community of survivor parents who have been directly impacted by online harms. We are mothers, fathers, caregivers, and loved ones who have turned our grief into action.
Each of us brings a unique voice and story, but we are united by one purpose: to protect children and hold Big Tech accountable.
